The supposed heat rash on my back turned out not to be heat rash at all. It has spread all over my body and now I am itching like hell!! So far I have a few conclusions - it's either a food allergy, a skin allergy or excessive exposure to dirt and dust. Argh. I haven't had a rash since I was 10.

Ahhhh. It is damn itchy. I shall invent an itch-killer next time.
