Blearh I just broke my vow. But whatever. The physics textbook is totally useless I tell you. No wonder it has a big "NOT FOR SALE IN US" on the cover. Now the linear momentum stuff, simple harmonic motion etc is running around in my head.

Somebody pass me a screwdriver please. I need to unscrew myself.
