SPOILER : HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK. :D
OMGOMG! The deathly hallows is freaking nice! The 10 plus over hours reading was well spent! It was not the grisly ending (okay, there was a little) that I had dreaded but a rather amusing one. Actually I sort of accidentally flipped to the last page before I started reading to see if the last word was really "scar". It became "
The scar had not hurt for 19 years. All was well again." I didn't know what it meant; was harry dead or not? Was it because he was dead for 19 years, that's why his scar was not hurting, or was he already 19 by the end of this book? I couldn't exactly imagine Harry, Ginny, Hermione and Ron as parents. The last scene was so cute! :D There were too many deaths, by the time I finished the first 4 chapters, 3 victims had died and I was numbed when deaths continued to occur. I was so glad that Snape was good okay. But it was kinda sad how he had risked his own life to protect the one and only woman he loved and there was nobody to reciprocate that love even as he was killed. No soulmates from the time he was born to his death. And Harry was so brave! He actually walked to his own death willingly! My hands were trembling when he was walking towards Voldemort and the
Avada Kedavra almost made me froze. I just finished the book about one hour ago and I still feel winded from all the excitement and suspense from the story. A toast to the brave warriors who had not die in vain: Dobby, Hedwig, Mad-eye Moody, Lupin, Tonks, Fred, Snape.
The last enemy to be defeated is death. A glorious end to Harry Potter indeed.
Tomorrow is another Harry Potter day with Susu! :D I love it. :D
